Bid My Load is a simple form on the IZY Logistics site where you enter your shipment details — origin, destination, equipment type, weight, and pickup date — along with the rate you're willing to pay. Instead of receiving a quote back, you're submitting an offer that IZY Logistics can accept, counter, or decline based on current carrier availability for that lane.

How It Works

Once you submit a bid, it's reviewed against real-time carrier capacity on your specific lane. If a carrier is available at or near your target rate, the load gets booked quickly. If capacity is tight, you may get a counter-offer closer to current market pricing rather than an outright decline.

When Bidding Beats a Standard Quote

Bidding works best when you have a target rate in mind from past shipments or budget constraints, when your lane has consistent carrier coverage, or when you want to test whether a rate below the current market average can still get covered.
