Your IZY coordinator sends a personal tracking link via SMS or email when your load is dispatched. The link is unique to your shipment and requires no login or account.
Do I need to download an app? ⌄
No app required. Your tracking page opens directly in your mobile or desktop browser — just tap the link sent by your coordinator.
How often does the location update? ⌄
When the driver has GPS enabled, the map updates every 30 seconds automatically. No need to refresh — just keep the page open.
When will I receive my proof of delivery? ⌄
The driver uploads a photo of the signed BOL immediately upon delivery confirmation. You receive an email notification typically within minutes of delivery.
