What we require from carrier partners
We vet every carrier through Descartes MyCarrierPortal before the first load. Here's what you'll need.
Active MC Authority
FMCSA-active operating authority, minimum 180 days. MC number required for onboarding.
Insurance Requirements
$1M auto liability, $100K cargo coverage minimum. IZY Logistics LLC must be listed as certificate holder.
Safety Rating
Satisfactory or unrated FMCSA safety rating. We do not work with carriers with Conditional or Unsatisfactory ratings.
ELD Compliant
FMCSA-compliant Electronic Logging Device required for all interstate operations.
W-9 on File
Current W-9 required for payment processing. Can be submitted with your onboarding packet.
MyCarrierPortal Approval
We verify all carriers through Descartes MyCarrierPortal for fraud protection. Process takes 24–48 hours.
