Market Rate
IZY sources the best available spot-market rate at the time of your request. Pricing reflects live carrier bids, current fuel surcharges, and lane supply and demand. This is the most common and fastest option.

Target Rate
Enter your budget and we will review it against available capacity. If your target rate is workable for the lane, we will confirm and book immediately. If not, we will come back with the closest market option and explain the gap.
⚖️
Cost-Plus Margin-Based
Full transparency pricing. You pay the verified carrier cost plus all accessorials, and a flat 15% brokerage margin. IZY provides the carrier invoice on request so you can see exactly what the carrier was paid. Best suited for high-volume or contract shippers who want open-book pricing.

Quote Validity
All spot quotes from IZY Logistics are based on current market conditions, available capacity, fuel surcharges, and carrier rates at the time of issuance.

Used for hot/urgent lanes, volatile markets, or same-day/next-day pickups.

Most spot quotes are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise noted.
Stable Lane
48–72 Hours
Recurring Lanes
Offered for stable, recurring lanes with consistent volume and reliable carriers.
Contract
30–90 Days
RFPs & Contract Freight
Available only for RFPs, volume commitments, or contract freight.
Formal Agreement
Up to 6 Months
Signed Contracts Only
Reserved for signed formal agreements with volume guarantees.
Expired quotes will be re-quoted based on current market conditions.
Rate Adjustments
Final pricing may change based on updates discovered after quoting. We will always notify you and obtain approval before proceeding.

Accessorial Charges
Common additional charges that may apply beyond the base freight rate. All will be clearly itemized and confirmed prior to invoicing when possible.

Booking Confirmation
A shipment is officially booked only after all of the following occur. Until confirmation is sent, rates and capacity remain subject to change.

Shipper Approves the Final Rate
The shipper reviews and approves the final quoted rate in writing.

All Shipment Details Are Confirmed
Origin, destination, commodity, weight, dimensions, pickup date, and delivery window are all verified.

A Carrier Is Secured
A vetted, compliant carrier is assigned and the load is tendered.

Written Confirmation Is Issued by IZY Logistics
Official booking confirmation is sent to the shipper. This is the final step.
Communication & Updates
IZY Logistics provides proactive tracking and updates throughout the entire shipment lifecycle. Our goal is full visibility and reliability from quote to proof of delivery.

Real-time tracking available through your shipper portal. Your IZY coordinator is available 24/7 for status updates on any active load.

If any delay occurs, you are notified immediately with an updated ETA.

Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmed upon arrival. Signed BOL and proof of delivery (POD) provided promptly after delivery.
Payment Terms
Payment terms define how quickly you pay IZY Logistics after your freight is delivered. Net 15 and Net 30 are our standard terms — no extra fee. If you need extended terms (Net 45 or Net 60+), a small surcharge is added to the load rate to offset the cash-flow wait.

Pay within 45 days. A 1.5% extended terms fee is added on top of the load rate to offset the longer payment wait.

+3.0% Surcharge
Pay within 60 days. A 3% extended terms fee applies. Available to established accounts with strong payment history.
