How Bid My Load Works
Bid My Load lets you name the rate you want to pay for a truckload shipment. Enter your pickup, delivery, equipment and target rate. Our team checks the current market and carrier availability on your lane, then replies with one of three answers: Accept, Counter or Decline, usually within 1 hour.
Tips for a Bid That Gets Accepted
- Check current market rates first. Our monthly freight rate update shows national averages for dry van, reefer and flatbed.
- Give a flexible pickup window. A one- or two-day window makes it easier to find a truck at your price.
- Include accurate weight, pallet count and any special requirements, so the carrier price matches the real load.
- Avoid holiday weeks and Friday pickups for your lowest bids, when trucks are harder to find.

Is my bid binding?
No. Submitting a bid does not book a load. Nothing moves until you approve the final rate and receive written confirmation from IZY Logistics.
What happens if my bid is too low?
We will reply with a counteroffer based on current market rates and carrier availability, so you can decide whether to accept, adjust or decline.
How fast do you respond to a bid?
Usually within 1 hour, Monday–Sunday, 6am–9pm CT. You get one of three answers: Accept, Counter or Decline.
Which equipment can I bid on?
Dry van, reefer and flatbed full truckload, plus step deck and Conestoga. For hazmat or oversize freight, a detailed quote request is usually faster.
